Rock crystal mala prayer chain
Tibetan mala (in Hindu "Japa Mala") with 108 selected, handmade transparent rock crystal beads with a diameter of 8 mm, which are cut from rock crystals from the Himalayas.
The rock crystal beads are strung on an approx. 90 cm long, hard-wearing white cord with four cords so that the mala can be worn comfortably around the neck or wrist. It lies comfortably in the hand during meditation.
The prayer chain is hand-knotted for us in a traditional workshop in Nepal. We deliver it in a fine silk brocade bag, which we select individually to match the color.
In Tibet, rock crystal (Tib. Shel Dkar) is regarded as a stone of purity and clarity. It symbolizes the light of consciousness and is worn to clear the mind and transform negative energies. In Tibetan healing teachings, rock crystal strengthens inner balance, promotes concentration and is considered a powerful amplifier of spiritual energy.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
