The Atelier Tibet team

Atelier Tibet is a family business where many tasks are carried out by just a few people. Our store on Münstergasse is also the studio where many of our creations are made. If you want to work here, you have to be multi-talented. When we're not serving customers, we're designing the next piece of jewelry, making repairs and sending out your parcel.

Tenzin (1) and Dolkar (2) founded the store in the 90s and know a lot about Tibetan culture. Dolkar can usually be found in the store in the second half of the week, Tenzin on Saturdays. Chueky (3) is Tenzin's daughter and does the shopping as well as everything else a manager does. Saruta (4) is the all-round talent in the studio, advises in the store and creates beautiful jewelry. Yeshe (5) is Dolkar's daughter and, as a model, is practically the face of Atelier Tibet. She helps out in the sales department when there is a need. Kalsang (6) makes sure that the bookkeeping is correct and that everything else runs smoothly. Tobias (7) is responsible for technology, marketing and the precise hammering of nails.
