Chöpa water bowls

Traditionally, seven bowls of water ("chöpa") are placed on a Tibetan altar as a ritual offering. They symbolize purity, generosity and devotion to the Buddhist teachings and deities. They are filled with fresh water every morning and emptied again in the evening.
