Voluntary 14-day right of return
Atelier Tibet voluntarily grants a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

How returns work
Within 14 days of receipt, a short message to kundendienst@ateliertibet.ch is all that is needed. Atelier Tibet will then send the return instructions by e-mail. The goods must be unused, complete and – if delivered packaged – in their original packaging. The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.

Excluded from returns
Products made specifically for the customer, for example self-designed bracelets, opened incense products and products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.

Returns at the shop
Returns can also be handed in directly at Atelier Tibet, Münstergasse 10, Zurich. This saves the shipping costs. Please bring the order confirmation.

Exchanges
The easiest way to get a replacement item is to place a new order in the online shop, where availability is shown right away. Please send the unsuitable item back as a return. Handmade one-of-a-kind pieces can also be exchanged for another piece at the shop within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds
Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. After inspection, Atelier Tibet refunds the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days using the original payment method.
