Refund policy

If a product is not satisfactory or does not meet expectations, we can be notified within 14 days of receiving the order. We will then send the return instructions by e-mail.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are opened incense products as well as products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Is it possible to return an item in store?

Customers in Switzerland may return items directly to Atelier Tibet, Münstergasse 10, Zurich, thereby avoiding return shipping costs. Please bring the order confirmation.

How long does it take to process a return?

Our goal is to process returns within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Is it possible to order a replacement item?

We are happy to send a replacement item. The easiest way is to place a new order in the online shop, where the availability of the desired product is immediately visible. The unwanted item should be sent back to us as a return.

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the payment method used at the time of the order.
