Tingsha - Tibetan cymbals

Tingsha are small, round cymbals made of a special metal alloy that are connected by a leather or cotton band. When struck, they produce a clear, long-lasting sound. They are traditionally used in Tibetan Buddhist rituals to initiate meditations, accompany prayers and energetically cleanse rooms.
