Shipping policy

Free shipping from CHF 150
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland at a flat rate of CHF 5.00 per consignment. For orders of CHF 150 or more, shipping is free. For bulky items such as furniture, shipping costs are calculated individually.

Collection at the shop
Orders can also be collected at the shop at Münstergasse 10 in Zurich. As soon as the order is ready, a message follows by e-mail. Please collect it within 14 days.

How long does delivery take?
Unless stated otherwise for the item, the order arrives within 2 to 3 working days. If something needs to be clarified first or an item has to be fetched from storage, it may exceptionally take a little longer.

Where is my order?
As soon as the parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post, a notification follows by e-mail. From then on, the shipment can be tracked with the Swiss Post tracking number. Delivery usually takes 2 working days; over a weekend it may take a little longer.

Is something wrong with the delivery?
It is best to check the parcel right after receipt: are all items there and in good condition? If anything is wrong, a short message to kundendienst@ateliertibet.ch is all it takes – we will be glad to take care of it.

Does ateliertibet.ch also deliver abroad?
Unfortunately not yet. Because of high shipping, customs and VAT costs, we currently only ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. This may change in the future.
