Shipping policy

Free shipping from CHF 150 order value

Unless otherwise stated, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. We deliver with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland at a fixed price of CHF 5.00 per shipment. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 150. Exceptions are bulky goods such as furniture, for which we calculate the costs individually.

Where is my order?

As soon as we hand over your parcel to the post office, you will receive an e-mail notification from us. From then on, you can track your shipment using the tracking number of the post office and your parcel should arrive within 2 working days. If there is a weekend in between, it may take a little longer.

We will do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives as quickly as possible. If your delivery is delayed, it is most likely because we need to clarify something or pick something up from our warehouse. In this case, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

Is everything OK with the delivery?

When your parcel arrives, it is best to briefly check whether all items have been delivered and everything is in order. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us and we will be happy to take care of it:kundendienst@ateliertibet.ch

Can I order from ateliertibet.ch if I don't live in Switzerland?

Unfortunately not yet. Due to the high shipping, customs and VAT costs, we do not currently deliver abroad. Perhaps this will change in the future, but we currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
