Mala bracelet with rose quartz and silver
Delicate mala bracelet made from polished rose quartz beads in warm old pink with a silky sheen. Oxidized silver elements with curved spiral decoration and granulation dots sit between three beads - a handcrafted accent in the Newari tradition. Infinitely adjustable thanks to the red macramé cord with a rose quartz bead at each end. Available in various sizes. Handmade in the Tibet studio in Zurich.

Rose quartz is considered the stone of unconditional love - for others as well as for oneself. In the Buddhist tradition, it is associated with the heart chakra and is said to heal emotional wounds, strengthen compassion and promote inner warmth. Its soft pink color is calming and reminds us that strength and gentleness are not opposites.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
