Tibetan prayer necklace with 108 round skull beads carved from bone, with two to four red or brown tassels. The mala has a length of approx. 90 cm, the diameter of the beads is approx. 10 mm. The prayer chain is made for us in a traditional workshop in Nepal. We deliver the mala in an elegant silk brocade bag, which we select individually to match the color.
The skull and bone motifs symbolize the transience of life (Sanskrit: Anitya). They remind us that life is finite and that attachment to material things should be overcome.
