Medicine Buddha Ghau pendant in silver
A beautiful silver pendant of the Medicine Buddha in the shape of a Ghaus that can be opened. Its interior serves as a repository for sacred objects such as mantras, blessed fabrics, small Buddha statues or yantra diagrams, which are said to bring protection and blessings.
The Medicine Buddha (Bhaisajyaguru) is a central figure in Buddhism and stands for healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. He is often depicted in blue, which symbolizes purity and healing. In his left hand he holds a bowl of healing nectars, while his right hand carries a myrobalan fruit, which is known for its medicinal properties. His mantra, "Tayata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha", is often recited to activate healing energies. The Medicine Buddha embodies compassion, wisdom and the transformative power of Dharma and is a source of support and strength in difficult times. His teachings emphasize the unity of body and mind and combine spiritual healing with medical knowledge. He is particularly revered in Tibet and in Mahayana traditions.
The back of the pendant is artfully decorated with the mantra ༀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ (OM AH HUNG). This mantra is symbolic of the body (OM), speech (AH) and mind (HUM/HUNG) and refers to the transformative blessings of the Buddhas of all times.
Handmade in a traditional workshop in Nepal, the pendant goes perfectly with the snake necklaces from Atelier Tibet (available separately).

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
