Silver Ghau pendant with a double vajra and turquoise
Delicate round ghau pendant: The front features a richly embossed double vajra (Vishvavajra), with a turquoise stone set in the center by a twisted cord. The back is adorned with a finely engraved Kalachakra symbol. In the Tibetan tradition, the double vajra is associated with stability and steadfastness. A ghau (also known as a gao) is a portable Tibetan amulet case used to store prayer texts, blessed fabrics, or a yantra diagram. The pendant can be opened and closed again. Handcrafted in a traditional workshop in Nepal.
