Earrings with moonstone set in an oval silver disc

Delicate drop earrings, each featuring an oval moonstone in a cabochon cut, set in the center of a slightly domed, oval silver disc covered with closely spaced concentric grooves. A bluish sheen glides across the light-colored stone’s surface, shifting as you move—this effect in feldspar is called adularescence and is what gave moonstone its name. A silver ear hook secures the setting.
