Necklace made of yellow, transparent citrine beads with a diameter of approx. 4 mm, strung on a yellow thread, with a gold-plated silver spring clasp. Circumference 40 cm. Handmade in the Atelier Tibet in Zurich.
Citrine is a golden-yellow to honey-colored gemstone from the quartz family. Its name is derived from the French word "citron" for lemon, which alludes to its sunny color. In gemstone healing, citrine is known as the stone of joie de vivre. It is said to stand for optimism, clarity of thought and inner warmth. Smoky quartz is a transparent to translucent variety of quartz that comes in shades ranging from light gray to deep brown. Its smoky coloration is caused by natural radiation that changes the iron ions in the crystal. Smoky quartz has been used for centuries in jewelry and protective amulets and is considered a grounding and protective stone. In gemstone healing, smoky quartz symbolizes the transformation of negative energies and helps to release stress, anxiety and emotional blockages. It promotes clarity, stability and inner peace. - Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
