Dainty carnelian necklace with "Endless knot" silver medallion

Dainty necklace made of red carnelian beads with a diameter of approx. 2 mm, with a silver metaillon with an endless knot symbol. It has a circumference of 42 cm and is opened with a silver spring clasp. The necklace is handmade in Atelier Tibet in Zurich.

Carnelian is a bright orange-red gemstone that is known for its energizing effect and is often used to boost creativity, courage and joie de vivre.

The Endless or Infinite Knot, one of the eight lucky symbols of Tibetan Buddhism, consists of an endless line without beginning or end. It symbolizes eternity, connectedness and the principle of karma. In Tibetan art, it adorns thangkas, ritual objects and temples, often as a sign of protection and wisdom. Even today, it is valued as a symbol of harmony, spiritual growth and constancy.
