Peridot bead finger ring
Finger ring made from faceted peridot beads (Ø 2 mm) and a gold-plated silver bead, which are strung on an elastic band. The ring adjusts to the size of the finger. Made in the Tibet studio in Zurich.
Peridot is a bright green gemstone that belongs to the olivine mineral group and is prized for its fresh color and purity. It is one of the few gemstones that only occurs in one color - a distinctive yellowish-green hue that depends on the amount of iron in the crystal.
In crystal healing, peridot is regarded as the "stone of compassion" and is said to promote self-confidence and harmony. It is associated with the heart chakra and is said to help release negative feelings and promote emotional balance.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
