Malachite necklace
Necklace with green malachite beads, a freshwater pearl and two red agate beads, with a silver spring clasp. It has a circumference of approx. 43 cm. The necklace is hand-knotted at Atelier Tibet in Zurich.
Malachite is a bright green copper carbonate mineral stone, known for its striking concentric bands and swirling patterns. Its intense color and striking veining make it a popular jewelry and decorative stone. Malachite was already used in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome - both as jewelry and as a pigment for green dyes.
In gemstone healing, malachite is regarded as a stone of transformation and protection. It is said to absorb negative energies, promote emotional healing and strengthen intuition. It is also said to help release blockages and open the heart chakra.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
