Although it grows in muddy water, it remains untainted and thus symbolizes the overcoming of suffering and ignorance. The lotus flower represents the path to enlightenment, maintaining purity and clarity despite worldly challenges.
Chrysocolla is a copper-containing silicate mineral known for its bright turquoise-blue to green colors. It belongs to the group of semi-precious stones and is formed as an oxidation product in copper deposits. Due to its opaque, often marbled structure, chrysocolla is often used as a gemstone and healing stone. Chrysocolla is considered a stone of harmony, calming and inner balance. It is said to help reduce stress and promote emotional stability. It is also often associated with communication and creativity .

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
