Rangzen liberty band with onyx pearl
According to Tibetan belief, the Chu-Mik Gu-Dril ("nine braided water eyes") made of black and white threads have the power to protect us from harm. The bracelets are woven by Tibetans and worn as a symbol of resistance against oppression and the Tibetan people's struggle for freedom.
The making of peace bracelets, or Rangzen (Tibetan independence) bracelets, began when Tibetan women imprisoned in Chinese prisons in Tibet collected fragments of material to make bracelets to wear as a silent protest for peace and freedom in their country.
This small and ingenious action also spread outside the prisons, where Tibetans began to make and wear Rangzen bracelets to show their solidarity. Today it is a worldwide symbol of freedom.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
