Hair shampoo based on a Tibetan medicine formula, with herbal extracts. It cleanses the hair and scalp and rinses out easily.

Directions: Massage a small amount into damp hair, leave on briefly, and rinse thoroughly. If product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with water.

The shampoo is manufactured by Men-Tsee-Khang, the Tibetan Institute of Medicine and Astrology in Dharamsala. The institute was founded in Lhasa in 1916 by the 13th Dalai Lama and reestablished in exile in India in 1961 by the 14th Dalai Lama; to this day, it trains doctors in Tibetan medicine and produces medicines and personal care products in its own pharmacy according to traditional formulas.
