Tibetan prayer chain with 108 selected Rudraksha seeds with 2 or 4 yellow, brown or red cords. The mala has a length of approx. 86 cm, the diameter of the seeds is approx. 8 mm. The prayer chain is made for us in a traditional workshop in Nepal. We deliver the mala in a fine silk brocade bag, which we select individually to match the color.
Rudraksha are seeds that are extracted from the fruit of the rudraksha tree(Elaeocarpus ganitrus) and play an important spiritual role in Hinduism and Buddhism. The name "Rudraksha" is made up of the Sanskrit words Rudra (a name of the god Shiva) and Aksha (tear), which makes them "Shiva's tears".
