Seven Chakras Tibetan Incense Collection

The Tibetan Seven Chakra Incense Collection is designed to harmonize and activate the seven chakras - the energy centers of the body. According to traditional teachings, these chakras influence physical, mental and emotional well-being. Each of these pretty gift boxes contains 60 incense sticks with a specially balanced blend of natural ingredients assigned to a specific chakra.

The seven chakras and their incense scents:

Crown Chakra (Crown Chakra) - I UNDERSTAND - Frankincense (Frankincense), violet: Promotes spiritual awareness and connection to the higher self.

Third Eye Chakra - I SEE - Devdar, dark blue: Supports clarity, intuition and insight into the path of life.

Throat Chakra - I TALK - Dorjee, turquoise: Strengthens communication and self-expression.

Heart Chakra (Heart Chakra) - I LOVE - Asthasugandha, deep green: Opens the heart to love, compassion and emotional healing.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Solar Plexus Chakra) - I DO - Citronella, yellow: Increases self-confidence, inner strength and willpower.

SacralChakra (Sacral Chakra) - I FEEL - Sandalwood, orange: Promotes creativity, sensuality and emotional balance.

Root Chakra - I AM - Nag Champa, red: Grounds and conveys a feeling of stability and security.

By burning these sticks during meditation, yoga or spiritual practices, you can balance your chakras and promote your inner harmony.

The incense sticks are made by hand in Nepal according to traditional Buddhist recipes. The packaging is made from environmentally friendly Lokta paper. Each pack also contains a small clay incense stick holder.

Brief instructions for measuring wrist size:
Loosely wrap a measuring tape or string around your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit. Make sure that it fits snugly but does not cut in. Read the circumference directly from the measuring tape or measure the length of the cord with a ruler.
Note:
The length of the bracelet may be 1 cm to 3 cm longer than the measured wrist circumference, depending on your taste.

Brief instructions for measuring the ring size:
Method 1: Measure the inner diameter of a suitable ring
  • Take a ring that fits well.
  • Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
  • Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
Method 2: Measure the circumference of your finger
  • Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
  • Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
  • Mark the point where the ends meet.
  • Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
  • Find the right size in the table.
Tips:
  • Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
  • If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
  • Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
