Elegant lapis lazuli necklace with round pendant

Fine necklace made from deep blue, faceted lapis lazuli beads with a diameter of approx. 3 mm that sparkle in the light. A pendant made from a lapis lazuli disc set in gold-plated silver with a diameter of 15 mm is attached to it. The chain is opened with a gold-plated silver spring clasp. The circumference is 40 cm. Handmade in Atelier Tibet in Zurich.

Lapis lazuli is a deep blue, opaque semi-precious stone that has been prized for its beauty and spiritual properties for thousands of years. Its name comes from the Latin lapis (stone) and the Arabic lazaward (sky or blue). The stone is said to promote intuition, communication and inner peace by supporting the third eye and throat chakra.
