Turquoise necklace with a silver bodhi leaf pendant

This necklace, made of turquoise-blue beads with delicate, natural gray veining, is spring-like and radiant; each bead is individually hand-knotted onto colored cord. Hanging from the front loop is a silver pendant in the shape of a bodhi leaf; its finely engraved leaf veins lend the piece its serene character.

The Bodhi leaf—the heart-shaped leaf of the fig tree under which, according to tradition, the Buddha attained enlightenment—is one of the most well-known symbols of Buddhism.

The chain fastens with a silver spring ring clasp. Available with red, pink, or green cord.
