Unakite necklace with gold-plated OM pendant

Necklace made of unakite beads in dark, rich brown-red-green tones with a diameter of 5 mm, attached to a pendant with an OM made of gold-plated silver with a length of 4 cm. The necklace has a circumference of 62 cm. It is made in Zurich in the Atelier Tibet.

Unakite is a metamorphic rock consisting mainly of the minerals epidote, feldspar and quartz. Its characteristic green-pink coloration is created by the combination of green epidote and pink feldspar. Unakite is formed through hydrothermal processes in which granite is transformed by metasomatosis. Unakite is also valued as a healing stone. It is said to promote emotional balance and support the processing of trauma. It is also said to strengthen self-awareness and promote patience.

The syllable Om is an important mantra in Buddhism, often used as an introduction to prayers and meditations. It symbolizes the unity of body, speech and mind and represents the totality of existence. By reciting Om, practitioners strive for inner harmony and spiritual growth.
