Phurba Pendant with Ganapati - Gold-Plated Copper, 62 mm
A finely cast pendant in the shape of a phurba, the three-edged Tibetan ritual dagger, crowned by an elephant-headed deity: Above the handle sits the multi-armed figure of Ganapati, wearing a tall crown and fluttering sashes; below, the handle transitions via a pommel into the triangular blade, which tapers to a point. Ganapati is the elephant-headed deity with a human body; in Tibetan Buddhism, he is revered, among other things, as a deity of good fortune and success. He is considered the protector of the teachings and is particularly venerated in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. The phurba itself—Sanskrit kīla, meaning “peg” or “nail”—is a ritual implement in Tibetan Buddhism; its three-sided blade features a continuous three-part motif. A sturdy eyelet allows the pendant to be worn on a chain or cord.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
