Turquoise pendant with or without cord
Powerful pendant made of natural Tibetan turquoise in bright blue-green with the characteristic dark matrix veining - each stone is unique in shape, color and pattern. Set at the top and bottom in chased silver caps with floral flower decorations, wire-wound eyelet made by hand. As each stone has an individual natural shape, the size and silhouette vary from piece to piece. Handmade in a traditional Tibetan silversmith in Nepal.

Turquoise(gyu, Tib. གཡུ།) is one of the most important gemstones in Tibet and has been worn for thousands of years as a protective and lucky stone. Its blue-green color connects it with the sky and water - elements of central importance in Tibetan cosmology. The dark matrix veining is not considered a flaw, but a sign of naturalness and is particularly valued by connoisseurs. High-quality Tibetan turquoise deposits are largely exhausted today - stones of this quality come from old stocks and are correspondingly rare.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
