Guggul incense
Guggul, also known as bdellium or Commiphora wightii, is a resin extracted from the tree of the same name. This resin has a long tradition in the production of incense and is particularly valued in Ayurvedic medicine. It is is characterized by a warm, earthy, balsamic and slightly sweet scent reminiscent of myrrh. When burned, it releases a rich, aromatic scent that has both a calming and cleansing effect.
Use:
- Spiritual and religious rituals: In many cultures, guggul incense is used during ceremonies and meditations to create a sacred atmosphere and dispel negative energies.
- Ayurvedic practice: In Ayurvedic medicine, guggul is valued for its potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering properties.
The pack contains 35 g of natural, pure and very fragrant guggul in the form of loose pieces of resin collected by hand in the Himalayas. The resin can be burned directly on glowing charcoal. Care should be taken to ensure adequate ventilation, as the smoke can be intense.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
