Sorig massage oil
Sorig herbal massage oil is made on the basis of herbal ingredients for calming stress-related disorders. As described in the Tibetan medical text, regular use of this oil helps to relieve physical and mental tension, keep the mind and body fresh and light, improve memory and blood circulation, reduce excess body fat, relax muscles, ligaments and nerves and regenerate body cells.
Application:
Massage in once a week or as required.
Ingredients:
Myristica fragrans (nutmeg), Syzygium aromaticum (clove), Carthamus tinctorius (safflower), Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom), Amomum subulatum (black cardamom), Zingiber officinale (ginger), Curcuma longa (turmeric or turmeric), Bombax ceiba (woolly tree), Adhatoda vasica (Indian lungwort), Carum carvi (meadow caraway or common caraway), Rubus sp. (blackberry), Glycine max (soybean oil).
The name Sorig is derived derived from Sowa-Rigpa - "knowledge of healing". Sorig products are based on ancient recipes and are made exclusively from herbal ingredients by Tibetan pharmacists. Shey are not tested on animals. The purchase of these products supports the work of Men-Tsee-Khang to preserve and promote Tibetan medicine.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
