Buddha Vitarka Mudra miniature statue made of brass
Very small statue of Buddha with Vitarka Mudra gesture that fits into a matchbox.
The Buddha with the Vitarka Mudra shows a gesture that symbolizes teaching and the passing on of knowledge and wisdom. The Vitarka Mudra, also known as the "gesture of discussion and teaching", represents the interaction between teacher and student and stands for the sharing of spiritual teachings.
