This expressive, older statue depicts Jambhala, the Buddhist god of wealth, abundance and spiritual prosperity. It was made at the end of the 20th century by the Nepalese artisan Roshan Shakya.

Jambhala is depicted in a powerful, seated posture on a lotus pedestal. His striking facial expression gives the statue a strong presence. The characteristic posture symbolizes generosity, protection and the overcoming of inner and outer poverty. The sculptural elaboration of the robes, ornaments and attributes testifies to high artistic quality.

The statue has an antique surface finish and was recently re-gilded.

Method 2: Measure the circumference of your finger

Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
Mark the point where the ends meet.
Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
Find the right size in the table.

Tips:

Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
