More from Tingsha - Tibetan cymbals
Recently viewed
Traditional Tingsha, decorated with four or eight lucky symbols and available in different variations and sizes. We also offer matching colored brocade covers.
Tingsha are small, round metal cymbals used in Tibet, Nepal and other Buddhist traditions. They consist of two connected cymbals that are held together by a leather or cotton band. When struck, they produce a clear, long-lasting sound.
Traditional tingsha are made of a special metal alloy that often contains copper, tin and other metals. Depending on the alloy and processing, the sound can vary - from bright and clear to deep and resonant.
Our tingsha are made of bronze in a traditional workshop in Nepal, are connected with a leather strap and produce a pure, long-lasting sound when struck.
