Large antique amber necklace
This impressive necklace from the 20th century consists of large, honey-colored, transparent amber beads with a diameter of approx. 27 mm. The beads are cut in the middle and contain shiny inclusions. Flat, disc-shaped amber stones in darker shades are inserted between them, creating a harmonious color contrast. The necklace is fastened with a silver hook clasp and is 63 cm long and weighs 253 g.
Amber is a warm, golden yellow gemstone made from fossil resin that is valued for its protective and healing energy. It is said to promote joy, vitality and positive energy. Amber plays a particularly important role in Tibetan jewelry, where it is a symbol of wisdom and protection. It is traditionally used in elaborate prayer chains, amulets and ritual objects and is often combined with coral or turquoise.

- Take a ring that fits well.
 - Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
 - Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.

- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
 - Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
 - Mark the point where the ends meet.
 - Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
 - Find the right size in the table.

- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
 - If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
 - Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
