Amethyst mala with a hand-forged silver bead
An elegant mala made of 108 deep violet amethyst beads that shimmer in shades ranging from light lavender to rich purple. Two finely engraved silver beads divide the strand, which is topped by a large, openwork silver bead above a violet cotton tassel. In the Tibetan tradition, the mala is used to keep count during recitations; the 108 beads make up a full cycle, and the large bead marks its beginning and end. The strand is threaded continuously, without a clasp, and is worn over the head. We deliver the mala in an elegant silk brocade pouch, which we select individually to match the color of the mala.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
