Aventurine Necklace - Jade Green, Hand-Knotted

An elegant necklace made of polished aventurine beads in a rich green, whose surface has a soft, silky luster. The beads are individually strung on green silk—this prevents each stone from bumping against the next and gives the necklace a supple, fluid movement. Aventurine is a variety of quartz; its characteristic sheen is caused by microscopically fine inclusions of fuchsite mica, which refract the light. A silver spring clasp discreetly fastens the necklace.
