Bodhi seed mala with large silver bead and tassel
Large Tibetan prayer beads with 108 dark Bodhi seeds, each approximately 13 mm in diameter , and a large, hand-forged silver guru bead adorned with Tibetan floral motifs. These beads are handcrafted for us by Tibetan silversmiths in a workshop in Nepal, using traditional methods. The decorative tassel on the silver bead is available in various colors. The prayer beads have a circumference of approximately 105 cm and are hand-knotted in the Atelier Tibet in Zurich. We deliver the mala in an elegant silk brocade pouch, which we select to perfectly match your order.
Bodhi seeds are the product of the Bodhi tree. The term "Bodhi" comes from Sanskrit and refers to awakening, enlightenment, and comprehensive understanding. Siddhartha Gautama attained his enlightenment under a Bodhi tree and thus became the Buddha. Since then, the Bodhi tree has been a sacred symbol in Buddhism.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
