Eight-spoked dorje / vajra made of bronze (12 cm)
This hand-forged dorje, also known as a vajra, comes from Nepal and measures around 12 cm. It is made of bronze and was crafted according to traditional Nepalese blacksmithing techniques, which are mainly practiced in the Newar craft around Patan. The two ends show the typical five-fold spoke structure, which draws together towards the tip and is surrounded by finely crafted lotus and flame motifs. The ornamentation is reminiscent of stylized protective beings, which are frequently found in Vajrayana iconography. The central handle knot connects both sides to form a harmonious whole and stands for the unity of all phenomena.
In Buddhism, the vajra symbolizes the indestructible, clear and pure nature of the mind. It is understood as both a "diamond" and a "thunderbolt" - a symbol of spiritual power and the ability to break through illusions. The five spokes stand for the five wisdoms and the five Dhyani Buddhas, as well as for the transformation of the five spiritual poisons into knowledge. In Vajrayana rituals, the dorje is usually used together with the ritual bell. There it embodies the active principle of compassion and action, while the bell stands for wisdom. Both together express the union of these forces, which is essential in the Buddhist path to enlightenment.
The dorje is used in pujas, in meditation and visualization practices, in blessing ceremonies or as a powerful symbol on the home altar. It is used for focusing, energetic cleansing and to remind us of the unshakeable nature of the awakened spirit.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
