Large base singing bowl (Ø 60 cm)
This large floor singing bowl with a diameter of 59 cm, a height of 22 cm and a weight of over 14 kg is a high-quality and powerful sound instrument for therapy, meditation and sound journeys. It is so spacious that one person can stand in it with their feet - the base plate has a diameter of 34 cm and is suitable for shoes up to size 46.
Gently tapping with the long felt mallet supplied or rubbing with the rubbing block creates deep, vibrating sounds that are transmitted to the whole body via the soles of the feet and last for minutes. This promotes grounding, relaxation and increased body awareness. The sound waves can help to release muscular tension and strengthen inner balance.
In addition to its practical use, this hand-hammered singing bowl is also an impressive decorative object. Its warm golden tone, the handmade pattern and the matching cushion make it an eye-catcher in practice rooms, meditation rooms or in the living room. It not only invites you to use it, but also to linger.
The unique piece was traditionally handcrafted in a family-run factory in Nepal. It consists of an alloy of seven metals that aresymbolically assignedto the seven celestial bodies visible to the naked eye , which were regarded as "planets" in the Tibetan Buddhist and Vedic tradition:

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
