Large rudraksha mala with silver bead

Large mala made from 108 large rudraksha seeds with a diameter of 15 mm. With a large, hand-forged Guru bead made of silver with floral Tibetan motifs with a diameter of approx. 25 mm, which is hand-forged exclusively for us in a Tibetan workshop in Nepal. A dark red tassel is attached to the bead. The necklace has a circumference of approx. 126 cm.

The prayer chain is handmade in the Atelier Tibet in Zurich. We deliver it in a fine silk brocade bag, which we select individually to match the color.

Rudraksha are seeds that are extracted from the fruit of the rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus ganitrus) and play an important spiritual role in Hinduism and Buddhism. The name "Rudraksha" is made up of the Sanskrit words Rudra (a name of the god Shiva) and Aksha (tear), which makes them "Shiva's tears".
