Cast iron cup

Traditional Japanese cast iron teacup with a finely textured surface in the classic Arare pattern (knobbed structure). The simple, hemispherical shape and dark finish give the cup a timeless, calm aesthetic.

The cast iron retains heat particularly well and helps to keep the tea at drinking temperature for longer. The smooth inner surface makes it easy to clean and pleasant to use.

Suitable for green tea, genmaicha or other teas, both in everyday life and for a formal tea ceremony.

The cup is approx. 6 cm high and has a diameter of 7.5 cm.
