Padauk mala in various sizes

Mala made of Padauk wood beads in warm shades of brown and reddish-brown, whose vibrant grain makes every bead unique. A larger guru bead made of the same wood and a dark stupa bead complete the circle, below which four dark brown cords end in knotted tips. The mala is available in different sizes. The smallest version is the ideal size to be wrapped three times around the wrist.

Wooden malas have long been common in Tibetan Buddhism: they feel warm in the hand and develop a beautiful patina over time. The mala can be adjusted to be looser or tighter using a sliding knot. It is delivered in a color-coordinated silk brocade pouch.
