Rudraksha set in silver on a black ribbon

A selected rudraksha seed set in silver with Tibetan motifs (34 x 20 mm) on a black rubber band with a circumference of 59 cm. Handmade in a traditional Tibetan silver workshop in Nepal.

Rudraksha are seeds extracted from the fruit of the rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus ganitrus) and play an important spiritual role in Hinduism and Buddhism. The name "Rudraksha" is made up of the Sanskrit words Rudra (a name of the god Shiva) and Aksha (tear), which makes them "Shiva's tears".
