Carnelian necklace with golden lotus metaillon
Elegant necklace made of faceted red carnelian beads with a diameter of approx. 4 mm, with a metaillon made of gold-plated silver with a lotus flower symbol. It has a circumference of 41 cm and is opened with a gold-plated silver spring clasp. The necklace is handmade in Atelier Tibet in Zurich.
Carnelian is a bright orange-red gemstone that is known for its energizing effect and is often used to boost creativity, courage and joie de vivre.
The lotus flower is a central symbol in Buddhism and stands for purity, enlightenment and spiritual awakening. Although it grows in muddy water, it remains untainted and thus symbolizes the overcoming of suffering and ignorance. The lotus flower represents the path to enlightenment, maintaining purity and clarity despite worldly challenges.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
