Kartika, Phurpa and Vajra pendants in silver
Finely crafted silver pendant that combines three of the central Buddhist symbols:
The "Kartika" is a special chopping knife with symbolic significance that is used in Buddhist rituals to symbolically slice and expel demons.
The "phurpa", also known as a demon dagger, is used in Tibetan Buddhism as a ritual instrument to defeat and conquer negative influences.
The "vajra" or "dorje", similar to a sceptre, is one of the essential cult objects of Buddhism and represents the unshakeable power of enlightenment.
The pendant was made by hand in a traditional workshop in Nepal. It goes well with the snake necklaces from Atelier Tibet (available separately).
