Labradorite necklace

A distinctive necklace made of faceted labradorite rondelles in a muted smoky gray. The calm base tone is enlivened by sudden flashes of color: depending on the angle of view, individual beads glow a deep blue or violet and fade again as soon as the necklace moves. This play of colors—known as the “Labradorescence”—is created by the finest layers within the stone, where light refracts and overlaps. The necklace fastens with a silver spring ring clasp.
