Lava mala with protective amulet
This high-quality mala consists of precious lava stone beads that are connected with a hand-knotted, colored cord. There is a carefully crafted knot between each individual bead.
The brass amulet bears the Tibetan protective symbol "Sripaho" (also known as "Srid-Pa Ho") on the front. It is decorated with the eight trigrams ("Ba Gua"), the twelve signs of the zodiac, Buddhist symbols and the magic square in the center. The amulet is intended to protect the wearer from harm. The back is polished smooth.
- Diameter of the lava beads: approx. 9 mm
- Circumference of the mala: approx. 106 cm
The mala is handmade in Atelier Tibet in Zurich.
Lava stonesformed from solidified lava, symbolize transformation, inner strength and grounding. Thanks to their ability to absorb essential oils, lava stone malas are not only spiritual tools but also perfect accessories for aromatherapy. With just a few drops of oil, they exude calming fragrances during meditation or in everyday life and promote inner balance.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
