Lotus Seed Mala with a Colored Tassel

This mala, made of light-colored lotus seed beads, has a timeless and simple design; the natural speckled pattern gives each piece its own unique look. It is finished with a head bead featuring a colored tassel—available in red, blue, or green.

The lotus is one of the central symbols of Buddhism: just as it grows out of the mud and blooms in purity, it is traditionally associated with purity and spiritual growth. A mala typically consists of 108 beads and is used as a counting string during recitation.
