Lotus Seed Mala with a Silver Bead and a Pink Tassel

A spring-like mala made of light, cream-colored lotus seed beads with delicate dark speckles, each individually knotted onto a pink cord. At its center is a silver bead handcrafted in Nepal featuring three-dimensional leaf and vine motifs in the Tibetan style, from which hangs a lush tassel in vibrant pink.

In Tibetan Buddhism, the lotus symbolizes purity: it takes root in the mud yet blooms flawlessly above the water. The mala has no clasp and is worn over the head or wrapped several times around the wrist.
