A distinctive prayer bead necklace featuring 108 polished sandalwood beads in a rich reddish-brown hue, strung on a matching dark red cord with a guru bead. Handcrafted in a traditional workshop in Nepal.

Sandalwood is one of Asia’s oldest materials used for incense and rituals. For millennia, its warm, earthy scent has accompanied meditation, temple rituals, and healing practices in both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. As a symbol of purity, inner strength, and mental clarity, it is considered an ideal material for daily meditation practice—the natural scent of the beads deepens concentration and calms the mind.
