Mala prayer chain made from green nephrite
Noble mala with 108 selected, polished beads made of green nephrite, with two green cords. The mala has a circumference of approx. 88 cm, the diameter of the beads is approx. 8 mm. The prayer chain is made for us in a traditional workshop in Nepal. We deliver the mala in an elegant silk brocade bag, which we select individually to match the color.
Green nephrite is a form of the mineral nephrite, which together with jadeite is known under the collective term jade. It has been valued for thousands of years in many cultures, especially in East Asia, as a valuable gemstone and spiritual companion. Nephrite is regarded as a stone of harmony, regeneration and protection. It is said to help promote emotional balance, activate self-healing powers and bring body and mind into harmony. It is said to have a particularly supportive effect on the kidneys and the heart chakra - which is why it is often worn in cases of inner restlessness, exhaustion or to strengthen vital energy.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
