Miniature copper statue of Zambalha

Small copper statue of Zambalha. Zambalha or Zamba Lha, the deity, embodies wealth and prosperity. Zamba Lha is typically depicted with yellow skin, a large belly and strong arms. In his right hand he holds a rare wish-fulfilling jewel, while his left hand holds a rat, symbolizing an endless supply of jewels, luck and wealth.

The copper statue is made according to ancient tradition in a workshop in Nepal and is approx. 5.5 cm tall. As this is a handcrafted product, the patina and fine details of the piece supplied may differ slightly from the example shown.
