Red Crystal incense sticks - the original
The original Red Crystal incense sticks are handmade by the Tibetan monks of the Drikung Kagyu monastery in southern India.
They contain 23 different herbs collected in the Himalayan mountains. These come from regions such as Kulu, Manali, Sikkim, Tibet and the Terai in India. The exact composition may vary, but the following ingredients are often used:
- Sandalwood: Known for its warm, woody scent, which has a calming effect.
- Saffron: Gives a subtle, exotic fragrance and is valued in traditional medicine.
- Cloves: Have a spicy, intense fragrance and purifying properties.
- Nutmeg: Offers a sweet, spicy fragrance and is valued for its relaxing effect.
- Cardamom: Known for its sweet, spicy scent that invigorates the senses.
- Cinnamon: Gives a warm, sweet scent and has stimulating properties.
- Bezoar (Giwang): A traditional ingredient in Tibetan incense that is said to have purifying properties.
The Red Crystal incense sticks are made without a wooden core and then gently dried in the shade, which gives them their characteristic shape and quality. They are free from artificial flavorings and toxic substances, which makes them particularly suitable for meditation and religious ceremonies. The scent of Red Crystal incense sticks is described as pleasantly aromatic and earthy. They have a calming effect on the mind and nervous system, relieve tension and create a positive and relaxed atmosphere.
A pack usually contains around 36 sticks with a length of approx. 23 to 26 cm. The burning time of one stick is about 30 to 45 minutes.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
